Ready to pump up your fitness game? Dive into this HIIT-style workout class that’s here to challenge your balance, mobility, and strength like never before! We’re talking burpees, push-ups, planks, squats, and even paddleboard climb-overs—get ready to sweat and giggle at the same time! After a fun-tastic 20-25 minute “timed” workout, we’ll wind down with a quick stretch and cool down. Just a heads-up, all the action happens on a paddleboard, so bring your A-game—no kayaks allowed!
