BLACKOUTS

No group outings on holidays (Memorial Day, July 4th, and Labor Day)

ANYONE UNDER THE AGE OF 18 MUST BE ACCOMPANIED BY AN ADULT. WAIVERS MUST BE COMPLETED BY ALL MINORS' PARENTS PRIOR TO CHECK-IN.

RESTRICTIONS/GUIDELINES

All group outings must be paid for at time of booking.

Group reservations require a 72-hour notice for cancellations. Group reservations cancelled more than 72 hours in advance are eligible for a refund less a 10% administration fee or a full refund on a gift card.

No refunds will be provided to groups cancelled within 72 hours of the reservation (this includes boats not used on day of reservation)

Rental period starts at the reserved time. No time will be added to your rental period if you are delayed for any reason.

EVERYONE PARTICIPATING MUST HAVE A WAIVER SIGNED PRIOR TO CHECK-IN.
